Tradex x MAF Integration

Currently, users are using broker statements to upload their paper trades into MAF. With the Tradex and MAF integration, Tradex would automatically generate your daily trade reports and transfer them to MAF. Users can now easily upload the daily statements directly into MAF system to manage trades.

Overall Flow

1. Traders place orders using Tradex.

2. Tradex daily statements would be generated daily after the market closes and sent directly to MAF.

3. MAF users could select and upload the statements into MAF.

Please be aware:

Tradex

Tradex would require Backoffice setup in order for the mapping to be done correctly into MAF.

Mapping Details

MAF

1. Please go to Trade > Paper Trades from the navigation sidebar.

2. Please select the “TRADEX” button, all the daily statements will be displayed in the pop-up window.

Please click the “Tradex“ button to select your statements.

3. Please select the trade files you want to upload into MAF and click “Confirm“ to submit, the trades and orders will be recorded into MAF.

Configuring SFTP Details

1. To step up SFTP details, please go to Settings > Company > Company Data from the navigation sidebar.

2. Please select “TRADEX SFTP“ and key in the SFTP connection details using “+ Add Row“ button. (Please note that the screenshot is only showing the demo input data, please contact the Tradex team for more details.)

3. If you can find your statements using the “Tradex“ button on the Trades > Paper Trades page, your SFTP set up is successful and complete.

Additional Information

For the case when there's an issue with uploading Tradex’s file using the above feature directly, or when the file content failed to process, you may have the option to manually upload Tradex files with our new manual upload option:

1. Please click on Trade from the navigation sidebar on the left, followed by Paper Trade.

2. In the page, please click on the “+” button to create a new paper trade.

3. In the “Create New Paper Trade”page, please click on the “…” button and scroll to select the “TRADEX File CSV” option to upload your Tradex csv file.
