SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS

1. Sign up for an account in MAF Cloud: https://portal.mafint.com/register.

a. Account Verification Email: Please follow the instructions in the email to verify your email address to activate your account, and sign in. 

b. Welcome Email: This provides some guidance on navigating and using MAF Cloud, to help you get started!

2. Gain access to 30 days’ free trial for all subscription plans.

3. Access Quick Start Guide, User Guide & FAQs to find articles on navigating MAF Cloud and answers to commonly-asked questions.

• Free Basic Plan: Dashboard, Paper Trade, Market Data, Product Data
• MAF Portfolio Management Suite: Portfolio, MAF Commodity Risks and Settlement Solution Factsheet.pdf
• MAF Demurrage Management Suite: Demurrage, Video, MAF Demurrage Management Suite Fact Sheet FINAL.pdf, MAF Demurrage Report Sample.pdf
• MAF Physical Trade Management Suite: Physical Trade, MAF Commodity Risks and Settlement Solution Factsheet.pdf
• Enterprise Solution Plan: Groups, Company

4. Access MAF Support Portal for queries/support/feedback.

5. To continue after free trial, select subscription plan(s) and make payment (via credit card or bank transfer).

• MAF Portfolio Management Suite: USD100 per portfolio per month, and user can have access to all the portfolio features.
• MAF Demurrage Management Suite: USD368 per user per month, and user can have access to all the demurrage features.
• MAF Physical Trade Management Suite: USD600 per user per month, and user can have access to all the physical trades features.
• Enterprise Solution Plan: USD500 per group per month. Each licence allows user to invite up to 5 members into a group to have access to all the group features. User may purchase and combine multiple licences to invite more than 5 users into a group.

*5% discount is applicable for yearly subscription (yearly cost = monthly cost * 12 * 0.95).

SUBSCRIPTION COSTS EXAMPLE

    Company A subscribes for:

• 3 X MAF Demurrage Management Suite
• 1 X Enterprise Solution Plan

The total costs will be USD1,340 (monthly) or USD15,276 (yearly, after 5% discount).
