MAF Cloud Support Portal Guide

We have launched the MAF Cloud Support Portal to improve your experience with MAF Cloud! If you experience any issue(s) navigating our platform, or would like to request for a demonstration or provide feedback, please create a support ticket in the Support Portal and we will get back to you shortly. We’re happy to help!

Access to Support Portal

You may access the MAF Cloud Support Portal by:

Account/Guest User

Before you begin, you may choose to:

  • Sign up for an account, which allows you to track your support ticket(s) and communicate with our IT team both within this portal and via email, OR

  • Remain as a guest user, wherein you may only communicate with our IT team via email and will not be able to track your support ticket(s).

 

To sign up for an account:

  1. Click “Log In” at the top right corner of the page, followed by “Sign up”:

 

2. Enter your email address, and click “Send link” to receive a confirmation email to complete the registration.

 

3. Sign in and you’re ready to explore MAF Cloud Support Portal!

 

If you have already created an account, please sign in to access the portal. Alternatively, you may proceed as a guest user without signing in.

 

You can now create a support ticket to address any system issue, request for a demonstration or provide your feedback! You will first need to determine the purpose of submitting this ticket:

 

Support Ticket

1. System Issue(s)

  • If you experience any system issue(s) with MAF Cloud, please click ‘System Issue’:

  • Click ‘Report system issue(s)’:

a. If you have signed in to your account, any communication related to this support ticket will be addressed to this account.

  • Please fill in the following:

    • Summary: Summary of the issue (Compulsory)

    • Description: Detailed description of the issue (Compulsory)

    • Attachment: Attachment of any files/screenshots related to the issue (Optional)

  • Click ‘Send’ and our IT team will get in touch shortly.

 

b. If you do not have an account, please key in your email address under ‘Email confirmation to’. Any communication related to this support ticket will be addressed to this email.

  • Please fill in the following:

    • Summary: Summary of the issue (Compulsory)

    • Description: Detailed description of the issue (Compulsory)

    • Attachment: Attachment of any files/screenshots related to the issue (Optional)

  • Click ‘Send’ and our IT team will get in touch shortly.

2. Demonstration

  • If you will like to request for a demonstration, please click 'Demonstration':

  • Click 'Request for a demonstration of MAF Cloud':

a. If you have signed in to your account, any communication related to this support ticket will be addressed to this account.

  • Please fill in the following:

    • Description: Name & contact details (Compulsory); specific requests regarding demonstration (Optional)

    • Attachment: Attachment of any files/screenshots related to the demonstration (Optional)

  • Click ‘Send’ and our IT team will get in touch shortly.

 

 

b. If you do not have an account, please key in your email address under the component ‘Email confirmation to’. Any communication related to this support ticket will be addressed to this email.

  • Please fill in the following:

    • Description: Name & contact details (Compulsory); specific requests regarding demonstration (Optional)
