Individual Dashboard

All functions related to models/reports can only be performed in the Individual Dashboard page.

To access the page, please click on Dashboard>Individual from the navigation sidebar on the left.

Group Dashboard

You may share your models/reports directly with your group members, reducing the need for each member to individually create each model/report in their account. For instance, you may choose to share certain models/reports with different departments such as Finance and Risk Management, allowing them to have direct overview of your team’s performance without the need to reinput data or create models/reports from their end.

To access the page, please click on Dashboard>Group from the navigation sidebar on the left.

To share the models/reports with your group members, click on the "Share" icon next to the title of the model/report and choose the members (as well as yourself) to share with. The models/reports will be automatically displayed in the Dashboard > Group Dashboard for you and your group members to access and use.

This also allows you to share the models/reports directly with your management for their review directly via desktop web version or phone. If you have created your own table template layouts for any models/reports, the layouts will apply to the shared models/reports in Group Dashboard as well.

Please note that all models/reports in Group Dashboard cannot be edited/deleted by the shared user, only the sharer of the models/reports will be able to edit the data in their Individual Dashboard.

Alternatively, you may also share your individual models/reports or entire group dashboard of models/reports via web link to anyone without a MAF Cloud account - they could be your management or clients etc:

  • Click on the “Share” button (paper aeroplane icon) on the top right corner of each model/report to generate a weblink that will be copied to your device’s clipboard automatically. Anyone with the link will be able to view the shared model only, and be rest assured that they will have no access to any details in your account. The link will expire in 8 hours.

 

  • Click on "Share Dashboard" button (share icon) at the top right corner of the page to generate a weblink that will be copied to your device’s clipboard automatically. Anyone with the link will be able to view the dashboard of shared models only, and be rest assured that they will have no access to any details in your account. The link will expire in 8 hours.
