What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it to regain access to your account by following these steps:

  1. On the login page of MAF Cloud, click 'Forgot password?'. 
  2. Enter the email address you used when registering for MAF Cloud.
  3. Click on 'Request' and an email to reset your password will be sent to you.
  4. Check your inbox (including spam/junk folder) for the email.
  5. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter your desired new password to reset your password.
