You can generate a contract document to facilitate the transaction between you and your counterparties easily in MAF Cloud. The contract is a legal binding document that confirms the trade and the respective details between your counterparties.

Creating a Contract Document
To generate a contract document, physical trade has to be created. Refer to Creating New Physical Trade(s) for the guide on how to create a physical trade.
1.Click on the 'Trade' tab in the Physical Trade section and you will be able to see all your trade deals stored in the table.
2. Select the relevant transactions. Under 'Actions' in the table, click the 'Settings' button (represented by a 'gear' icon) in each row to display 9 types of functions.
3. Click on the 'Generate Contract' button to direct you to create a contract which can be downloaded as a PDF.
4. 'Company Name', 'Trade Date', 'Purchase or Sale' and 'Contract No.' are auto-filled in based on the details of the respective physical trade. 'Counterparty' and 'Address' are optional fields that can be filled in when necessary. 'Tel' and 'Email' can also be added by clicking the '+' button, if required.
5. The contract details section reflects the inputs extrapolated from the selected physical trade.
6. Click 'Save' below, and the contract details will be updated. Click 'PDF' to generate the contract and be directed to download the PDF contract.
7. The downloaded contract will reflect all the relevant details of the trade including the signature area.
