No, for security purposes, only 1 device can access an account at any one time. For instance, if User A logins into an account, and User B logins into the same account, User A will receive the following error message and will be required to relogin again to continue with the session. Only the latest user to login will be able to proceed with the session, so sharing of accounts by multiple users are not encouraged, as it can affect the data input by either users.
But the browser for the same account can be opened multiple times, as long as it is used on the same device. For instance, you can login into your account and duplicate the browser tabs for easier usage/reference on the same computer.
