In the expenses/income table, there are no expenses/incomes tagged to mark-to-market (MTM) pricing as it does not involve payable or receivable transactions. Once the deal is completed, MTM will be closed off. Hence, the expenses/incomes are only tagged to purchase/sale transactions.
