Once you have joined a group, you do not have to fill in your company profile as it will be pre-filled for you once your Company Profile Creator add the group into the Company.
Company Profile Creator can go to Settings > Company > Company Profile and fill in your company and sub company's name and other details. Please note that the company name in your company profile has to be exactly the same as the company name (Entity of Contract) in your physical trades.
Once done, you can go to Settings > Company > Company Groups and invite your group into the Company. Once completed, all the users in your group will have the company profile auto-filled in their account.
Note: Only Company Profile Creator can edit the company profile.
